Shipping, COD, Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using this website as a visitor, subscriber or retailer by browsing, subscribing or using any of our services you are accepting that you have read, understood and agree with the rules described the terms and conditions listed below also you agree to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy. 

Our Policies


1. We only ship within India. Shipping outside India is coming soon.
2. Delivery is made via third party courier, not via us.
3. Shipping address cannot be changed once order(s) has been shipped.
4. Free Shipping: Free shipping is available on products over Rs 699
5. COD Charges: COD Charges Rs 49 will be applicable on “COD Payment” method. COD is available in selected cities/pin code.
6. Delivery Time: We offer 3-8 days shipping guarantee! Disclaimer: 3-8 days exclude special days (National Holidays, Natural Calamities and other emergency situations). Shipping guarantee means 1st attempt of delivery will be made within this timeline. Delivery timeframe may vary during promotional campaigns, for which we will always keep you proactively informed.
7. We reserve the rights to cancel any order made by the customer due to various reasons. Some of them include: no stock inventory, non-serviceable pin code or any unlisted reason. We will issue full refund on prepaid orders in this case. No refund is made on COD orders.

8. will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver items as quickly as possible and within any time periods indicated; however, will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond its control. We are not liable fot failure or delay due to shipping partners.


Cancellation Policy:
1. Orders can be cancelled before the order is shipped, or marked to be shipped. In other words, it can be cancelled only when the order status is “Processing”.
2. No cancellation charge is taken from the customer. 

Return Policy:

*Shoes insoles are not returnable product.
1. We ensure the product we ship is quality checked before it is dispatched and according to your size. Still if you are not happy, we got you covered. To raise a return request, call or WhatsApp our care @8591088222, or email us at
2. We offer a 14 days return policy on all our products. The time starts from the delivery date.
3. In case of defective product, we should be notified within 2 days from delivery. We may ask you for product photographs.
4. Partial refunds are not allowed. Full order package has to be returned.
5. You may receive an email in which the return reason has to be specified. Once filled, the response can’t be edited. We may disapprove the return request if it fails our return policy.
6. Customer has to ship back the product (reverse shipping). The charges (in Rupees) for return shipping will be credited in customers account as voucher. This voucher has to be used within 45 days. The voucher value will be according to the charges applied on the courier slip (maximum upto Rs 150).
7. Once the product reaches us, we verify it against our “Return Validity Policy”. If it fails the checks, we may decline your return and refund. In this case, we will ship you back your product.
8. For items on sale, we do not issue any vouchers/credit points on reverse shipping.

Refund Policy:

1. We can refund you via direct bank transfer, NEFT, Paytm. You have the option to choose the refund medium.
2. COD Charges will not be refunded.
3. Reverse shipping charges will be credited as voucher points. The voucher has to be used within 45 days.
4. In case of Prepaid order: amount will be refunded in 3-7 days, whereas in case of COD order the amount will be returned in 20-30 days.

Return Validity Policy:
– Make sure to keep the tags intact and do not temper the packaging.
– Make sure to return the addons/inserts which came in the packaging.
– Make sure to return the product in original condition. There should be no damage to the product. No signs of dust, mud or stain should be visible. In case the shipment received is damaged, broken, incomplete, or not as it was sent to the customer, then has the complete rights to make no refunds in any form (Money or product). If the customer again wants that damaged product, then complete shipping charges may apply.
